Who we are
Our website address is: http://ghliterary.com.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We do not need comments from the peanut gallery. The Gandolfo Helin & Fountain peanut gallery is already full to overflowing with clients.
All media uploaded to the site will be done by the website administrators. No one is allowed to upload anything to this site except the administrators.
Ah, here we go … something that actually applies. The only contact form we have is on our submissions page. You submit your work for our consideration and the only use of your email will be to respond to you after your work has been reviewed. We do not retain this information unless you are fortunate enough to receive an offer for representation. Otherwise, it is read, assess, and delete. Our inboxes are overflowing and we cannot keep up with the mail monster as it is.
Sadly, we do not have any cookies because other than the site admins, no one logs into this site. However, if you really want, we will accept cookies. Chocolate chip, ginger snaps … we’re not picky.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Who we share your data with
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. But don’t ask us for this as you do not have an account on the site, nor have you left any comments. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you (again, we don’t keep it). This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service… IF we allowed comments.
Your contact information
If you feel the need to contact us for anything, please do so at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PS – Any submission request submitted through any other means than the submissions page will be deleted upon receipt.
